Obesity, Lifestyle & Disease Consultant
After journeying from 160 kgs to 60 kgs, Naini qualified as a nutritionist and she coaches people to improve health parameters and maintain optimum weight using wholesome Indian foods. She has a center in Mumbai. Naini motivates people across the country via seminars, articles and television appearances on health. Since her 7th grade till the age of 32, Naini struggled with weight loss and tried multiple diets from high protein, pill popping, health farms hospitalizations, meal replacements, name it and she did it. Finally, she shed her weight gradually with food and reached 60 kgs at the age of 34 in 1998. Her method was simple, balanced and nutritious as she used food combinations and ancient Indian wisdom to attain her goals. Thereafter she studied nutrition, worked with doctors and naturopaths and even Dr. Dhurinder who is an esteemed dietitian. She developed her own technique to help people lose weight and to keep it off sensibly. She started her own center – HealthForYou – in the year 2000.
"...I have been there
I have walked the path
I know the pains and pitfalls
I know that there are days when temptation rules
And then I have experienced the joy and triumph!
I have only this to say to you...
...I understand and it is possible"
