1 cup Low fat curd
1 bunch palak leaves(Spinach )
1 tsp Green chilli paste
ΒΌ Tspn Jeera1 tsp Sesame seeds
2 tsp 2 tsp Walnut (optional peanuts)
1 tsp Dates chutney ( kajur)
Black Salt to taste

  • Clean the palak thoroughly.
  • Chop the palak and coriander finely. 
  • Stir the curd and add palak and coriander to it also add the green chili paste, salt, jeera, dates chutney and walnut to it. 
  • Serve chill.
